Shipping policy

Shipping Cost: We offer free shipping throughout the peninsula on orders over €29. For orders to the Balearic Islands, a shipping fee of €3.99 applies. We work with Correos Express, who typically deliver in the morning.

Preparation and Shipping Time: All orders placed before 12:30 p.m. will be shipped from our warehouse the same day. From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, the delivery time is between 24 and 48 hours. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays (Catalonia calendar). Therefore, if you place an order on Friday evening, it will not be shipped until Monday afternoon.

Shipping is free for orders over €29. For orders below €29, a shipping fee of €3.99 is added (€4.99 for shipments to the Balearic Islands).

Once the customer receives their tracking number, they are responsible for tracking the shipment and, if they cannot receive it at home, collecting it from the nearest office.

You will receive an email once your order has been prepared. From that moment, it is your responsibility to be home to receive it or collect the package within the specified time.

After two delivery attempts, the order will be available for collection at the indicated office. If it is not collected within five business days, it will be returned to Vitacare Solutions. If the customer requests a reshipment, an additional fee of €5.95 will apply. If the customer requests a refund, €5.95 for shipping + half of the return cost to our warehouse (€3, total €8.95) will be deducted.

For tracked shipments, we will email you to confirm the correct address. If you reply within the specified time, we can proceed with delivery at no additional cost (except for a postal code change, as Correos would charge us for a new shipment in this case). If you do not respond within the specified period, you must pay a shipping fee of €5.95 + half of the return cost to our warehouse (€3, total €8.95).
